An original, valid Indian driving licence for the vehicle you rent: a light motor vehicle (four-wheeler) licence for a car, or a two-wheeler licence (MCWOG or MCWG) for a bike. You do not need a commercial licence.

Your original driving licence and a government photo ID such as a passport, Aadhaar or Voter ID. We keep a photocopy for our records.

Your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off dates and times, and your licence and ID details for verification.

The renter pays all parking fees during the rental.

Yes. All parking tickets, traffic challans and fines during the rental are the renter's responsibility.

No. Tolls, parking and any authorised interstate permits are paid by the renter.

We confirm the exact handover point with you on WhatsApp or by phone before your booking starts.

Message or call us as early as possible before your booking ends. Extensions depend on availability.

No. Only the person whose licence was verified at booking may drive.

Pets generally aren't allowed, to keep the cars clean for guests with allergies. A cleaning fee applies if pet hair or odour is found.

A refundable deposit is taken before handover: ₹3,000 for a car and ₹1,000 for a bike. It is returned at the end of the trip, as long as the vehicle comes back undamaged with no pending fines.

No. Cars are rented gauge to gauge: return the car with the same fuel level it had at delivery.

The refund starts as soon as the car is returned and checked. It usually reaches your account within 24 to 48 hours.

A valid Indian two-wheeler licence: MCWOG (without gear) or MCWG (with gear). Either covers a scooter like the Activa. A car licence alone is not enough.

Yes, one helmet comes free with every bike. If you're riding with a pillion, ask us about a second one when you book; the law requires both of you to wear one at all times.

Yes. Fuel, fines, the return time, extensions and cancellation work the same way as for cars, and the bike is due back by 9:00 AM on your last day.

Not on a standard rental. Trips outside Goa need our prior approval and the right permits; ask us about outstation packages.

No. It's illegal in Goa and ends the rental, with fines and loss of the deposit.

No. A cleaning fee of ₹1,000 applies if the car comes back with smoke odour or litter.

Call us straight away. Repair costs are assessed; above ₹1,40,000 we may claim through insurance. The daily rental charge applies while the car is being repaired.

Before 9:00 AM on your last day. A handover after 9:00 AM is charged for that day as well.

Cancel at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund. Within 7 days, the booking amount is non-refundable.

No. Unused days after delivery are not refunded: a 5-day booking returned on day 3 is charged for 5 days.
